These terms explain how to shop with Genuine Parts Korea at genuinepartskorea.com. For questions about a product or an order, email support@genuinepartskorea.com.

Product information and compatibility

Review the part number, product photographs, description and included quantities before ordering. A vehicle model name alone does not confirm compatibility. If you need help, contact us with the part number and your vehicle VIN before purchase.

Prices and payment

Review the currency, product prices, shipping charges and any taxes shown at checkout before submitting an order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping charges and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping policy. For United States orders, shipping is US$20 per order. Preparation takes 1 business day and transit normally takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Returns and refunds

Our Return and refund policy explains eligibility, the return request period, shipping costs and refund processing. For United States orders, you may request a return within 15 days after delivery. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the appropriate return address.
